Zach and Emily|Pioneer Village Engagement Photos in Waynesville, OH

Zach and Emily! They are engaged and its very exciting! Zach and my cousin are good friends and I met Zach back when he was still in high school. I believe the first time I met him was at one of our family reunions. I hadn’t had the chance to meet Emily until we did the engagement photos and she is just as sweet as can be. Shout out to Emily on finishing nursing school recently and is now working as a RN! Congratulations!! The couple is planning a fall destination wedding and asked if I would do some engagement photos for them. The best part was, we did them at the very old church that Emily attended with her family as a child. The church is part of the pioneer village in Waynesville, OH near Caesars Creek State Park. I say the best part, but they also brought one of their hounds, so that may be the best part for me. 🙂

These are all old cabins that are a part of the Pioneer Village. They are privately owned and taken care of. This pic makes me happy. The colors are so bright and pretty and I love that they are laughing. 🙂

Are they not adorable?! I told Zach during the photos, I hope he realizes he is marrying a model. 🙂

 

 

Zach and Emily brought Woody to the photo session. For anyone not familiar, he is a Treeing Walker Coonhound. Zach was hunting him the night before the pics till almost 7am.
Emily wanted a photo of Zach and Woody looking at each other, while she looked at them with annoyed look on her face. She couldn’t pull it off. She just kept smiling at them and then the next pic happened…. 😉

Such a cute little family!

The photo session went so well! Thankful for good weather and that we were able to do the photos at a location that meant something to Emily and also that Woody was able to be in the pics and was so well behaved.

I wish Zach and Emily all the best in their future and a beautiful wedding day!!
