Hello and welcome to my new blog!

For several reasons, I got away from blogging wayyy back in 2015. Recently my business and I have taken some big steps and made some big changes. The biggest being that I have moved from Ohio to Kentucky. The second is that, the business is officially FULL TIME!! Thats right, I have left the full time job that I did for 13 years as a 911 dispatcher and moved to a new state and I’m taking a chance at making my goals and dreams come true.

I bought a cute little house that needs a bit of TLC….

So, back to business…I am now based in the Cynthiana/Georgetown, KY area. While a lot has changed, my photography has not. I will continue to do portrait work (weddings, couples, families, kids, teams, etc..) and I will continue to do the nature, wildlife, creative type of photography (still trying to get published in Nat Geo 😉

To my wonderful and supportive Ohio people, I’ll still be around. My mom is still in the area, as well as many friends, and I teach once a week at Chatfield College. Don’t hesitate to holler at me if you want pics done. We will make it happen. 🙂 To my Kentucky people, spread the word, I need news floors! Haha! 🙂 Kidding….sort of….I really do need new floors.

Seriously though, I thank all of you so much for your love, support, kind words, encouragement, and brutal honesty. I can’t explain how blessed I feel right now to be able to do what I love full time and when someone asks “what do you do for a living?” I can say without hesitation, “I’m a photographer.”
